Grades, feedback, and results – 8 questions

Both parties evaluate each other. The company assesses the student's skills, contributions, and gives a recommendation. The student evaluates mentor quality, learning opportunities, and work culture.

The evaluation is done at the end of the internship period. Both parties fill in their part independently of each other. Status: pending → company_done/intern_done → both_done → published.

Yes, as a student you can hide specific competency grades from your public profile. Go to your evaluation and select which competencies should be visible.

The company indicates whether they recommend the student: yes, yes with reservations, or no. This is visible in the student's profile and portfolio (if published).

Yes, the school sees aggregated results per program: average competency grades, total number of evaluations, recommendation distribution, and top-ranked students.

A published evaluation cannot be changed. If there is a factual error, you can contact support to discuss a correction.

The company gives a grade of 1–5 per competency (e.g., problem-solving, communication). 1 = needs development, 5 = excellent. Grades are aggregated to show the average per program.

No, both parties see each other's evaluations after both have filled in their part and the status becomes "published". However, the student can hide specific competency grades from their public profile.
