Data protection, GDPR, and access control – 9 questions

Data is stored on servers within the EU (GDPR-compliant). All transfers are encrypted with TLS/SSL. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Role-based access control ensures you only see the data you're authorized to access.

Yes. You can export or delete all your data at any time. We only collect the data required for the service. Read our privacy policy at prakto.se/privacy.

Under Settings → Privacy you can control profile visibility (public/private), searchability, permission for contact requests, and whether LinkedIn and phone number are displayed.

Yes, Prakto offers a REST API with webhook notifications, Bearer token authentication, and import/export in CSV and JSON. Contact us for technical documentation.

All files (CVs, contracts, portfolio images) are stored securely on EU-based servers with encryption. Files are only accessible to authorized users.

Prakto staff do not have access to private messages between users. Data is only accessed during technical troubleshooting with strict security procedures.

Prakto performs automatic daily backups. In the event of data loss, we can restore information.

We log basic activities (logins, signings, status changes) for security and traceability. Activity logs are never shared with third parties and are deleted after a certain period.
