Three roles: Education Leader (overall responsibility), LIA Coordinator (placement brokering and company contacts), and LIA Teacher (supervisor/visitor during the internship period). Each staff member is linked to programs.

Each student has a LIA status: not started, searching, awaiting approval, active, completed, or failed. You see an overview with student name, program, LIA teacher, and placement company.

Under "Partnerships" you see all company relationships with status (active, paused, ended), number of placed interns, school rating, and latest placement. This facilitates future matching.

Placements are created with student, company, program, period, and supervisor. Status: pending → approved / rejected / cancelled. You can give a rejection message for declined placements.

Yes, under each student's profile you can write internal notes with category: general, LIA-related, or warning. The notes are only visible to school staff.

Three grading scales: IG/G/VG (upper secondary), A–F (university/college), and Pass/Fail. The scale is configured per educational program.

Under each program, you specify required competencies with category (professional knowledge, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, initiative), title, description, and assessment criteria.

Yes, staff invitations are done via token-based links. Specify name, email, role, and program connection. Staff accept the invitation and create their account.

Yes, a school can have unlimited programs. Each program has its own LIA periods, competency requirements, grading scale, and staff connections.

Under the school's dashboard, you see average competency grades, recommendation distribution, and top-ranked students, all filtered per program and semester.
