Publish listings, manage interns, and teams – 12 questions

Go to "Listings" and click "Create New". Fill in title, description, requirements, type (LIA/VFU/APL), city, workplace type, number of positions, and deadline. The listing is reviewed before publication.

Yes! With "Candidate Search" you can find qualified students by skills, education, city, and availability. You can send an invitation directly to interesting students.

Under "Team" you invite colleagues via email and assign roles. Each team member gets access to relevant sections, listings, applications, interviews, and communication.

You create step-by-step templates for introducing new interns: checklists, documents to read, forms to fill in, videos to watch, and practical tasks. Track progress per intern.

Build your employer image with logo, cover image, culture highlights, and social media. Reviews from previous interns are displayed. A strong profile increases the number of applications.

Under "Applications" you see all received applications in a pipeline view. Click on an application to see the student's profile, skills, CV, and answers to screening questions. Update status directly.

Yes, under "Templates" you save reusable listing structures. Next time you create a listing, you can start from a template and customize the details.

Under "Check-ins" you create a schedule per intern: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom dates. Check-ins are sent automatically, and you get a notification when the student responds.

Yes, the dashboard shows active listings, number of applications, upcoming interviews, onboarding progress, and aggregated evaluation insights.

The listing is displayed until the application deadline you specify. You can close it manually earlier or extend the deadline as needed.

No, listing views are anonymous. However, you can see the number of applications and follow the application pipeline per listing.

After registration, your profile is reviewed by a platform administrator. You'll receive a notification when the profile is approved (usually within 1–2 business days). If declined, you'll receive an explanation.
